On September 21, 2021 I ran the Hankinson Hills Loop in SE North Dakota. I ran it a few months ago going counterclockwise, made a shorter Strava segment, and the best time I could find was around 59:35. That was the time I was trying to beat

I started at 11:31 am and ran clockwise so I could make a short Strava segment going the other way and to avoid a herd of cows near the start. I didn’t really hold back. I ended up finishing in 58:55, 7:29/minute pace. The trails here are soft and sandy so I was pretty happy with that. I ran by myself, unsupported. I didn’t see anyone else. I took one gel and no water. Temps were in the 60s.
