First female for this route. First time doing this route so there were a few moments I had to stop to check where I was supposed to turn, or I went the wrong way and had to backtrack, for the most part I didn't get too far away from the route so I didn't lose much time. I stayed on the concrete to avoid taking an accidental shortcut. Started before the start line and ran past the finish to get to 14 miles, but taking the tangents made this more 13.6ish from the true start/finish locations. Recorded it on phone with Strava and with a Coros watch. Lost a minute or two with directions and crossing busy streets.
Set the bar to a very attainable level for any female that wants to get after it!!
