Needed some trails, kit shakeout, and something around this distance / time.
Fueled well. Stinger at miles 3/6/9/12 and a Gu at 15
Needed to drink more. Started with 1.5L and came back with .9L
About 45 second break at the turnaround (~9mi) to adjust the vest and reload front pockets with food. Could've had it all in the front front the start.

Some missed turns but nothing bad.
Still sore from stairmaster Thursday. Hills were tough. A sign I need more of it.
