Ran Yorkshire 3 Peaks for the first time self-supported. My boyfriend ran with me also self-supported. Took enough supplies to see me through the run with gels, sweets and snacks to see me through. Took 2 x 600ml bottles on my running vest to start, and then filled up 1 in a stream with a purification tablet approx 4hr 50mins in half way up Ingleborough. Knew the current FKT and was determined to beat it self supported. I am originally from Loughborough, Leicestershire but now reside in Palterton, Chesterfield.
