This is a popular challenge, with info on the Yorkshire Dales National Park Site along with Komoot and Strava and a bunch of other sites that host it as a guided hiking challenge, so might be difficult to keep up to date with the current FKTs! I wanted to point out the Strava segments since these are probably where the current FKTs are:

  • Strava segment "Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge official" doesn't close the loop so it's missing ~0.75mi/1.2km (maybe because of Strava's hidden start and end point settings?) but has times quite a bit faster than the ones listed here so far - much faster than the missing bit would account for, so probably looking at their full activities would confirm.
  • There's also a variation Strava segment "Y3P (inc. 2023 Old Ings loop)" which is a slightly different route but still hits all 3 peaks in ~24mi and has even faster FKTs.
