Description

Darwin’s Landing, this route is where Charles Darwin and the HMS Beagle landed in 1835 and goes from the trail head up, small beach area past the graffiti from the 1800 & 1900s(not graffiti after 1954 when it became a national park), a beautiful marked and regulated trail, snaking past pristine Darwin Lake on volcanic rocks to a scenic overlook showcasing with views of new lava and cove. It is a historic and unique place that will blow your mind.
