Route: Emerald Mountain (CO)

The route starts at the East Portal Trailhead sign in Rocky Mountain National Park, goes to the summit of Emerald Mountain, and finishes back at the East Portal Trailhead sign. It follows a wide trail before turning north through social trails of scree and talus. The true summit is to the east, with a false summit that is slightly lower to the west.
