Route: Giro delle Tre Cime di Lavaredo - Drei Zinnen Loop (Italy)

Loop around one of the most iconic mountains of the Alps - Tre Cime di Lavaredo, 2,999 meters high and located in South Tyrol close to the towns of Toblach and Cortina.

You can start the loop on any point and the direction does not matter, but you have to go to all 4 huts: Dreizinnenhütte, Rifugio Lavaredo, Rifugio Auronzo and Lange Alm.

As the route is usually very crowded starting very early or very late is recommended.

One of the trail has been closed and it's not accessible for the time being. The alternative route, similar in distance and ascent, is accepted. See attached 3D image of the new trail, next to Rifugio Locatelli.
