Description

The High Peak Way is a linear walk in the Peak District. It was first described as a challenge walk in the 1993 booklet by Alan S Edwards. Starting at Chinley station, the route follows moorland, along the Great Ridge between Mam Tor and Lose Hill, through Hope and Hathersage, before finishing at Grindleford station.
