Not a vertical climb and not Kilian fast: But Jacob Slaa and I set an only known time running around the high altitude circuit trail on July 1st, 2013. Elevation averaged ~13,745ft. We covered 27 miles in 12:35 hours. We started at 3rd cave campsite (3,936m 12,913 ft) and ran clockwise. It was a great run and unsupported other than having someone stay at 3rd camp to watch our belongings until we returned. It was tracked via SPOT and using a Garmin GPS.
