summitpost.com has more on this peak. It says, in part, "Right in the middle of the Kreuzkamm, a 10 km long ridge extending northeast from the main ridge of the Ötztal Alps, lies the Kreuzspitze. With an elevation of 3457m, it's the highest peak on the ridge, and it should be no surprise that the views from the top are magnificent." The ascent from Vent involves about 1550m of climbing.
