Cartier is one of the iconic peak around revelstoke. it's well known for his fire lookout and a popular heli biking destination.
Half way to the top there is an old cabin with a little lookout and shortly after that you will finally get the chance to have a view, the first 9kms are a steep narrow trail into the wood and the second half is much more flowy . the very last bit ( around 200m) is an easy scramble equiped with rope and old cable to help you. from the top you will have a extensive view of the Columbia valley and a 360° of all the range of mountains around Revelstoke including the Monashee and the Selkirk mountains.
