Route: Qatar North - South Crossing (Qatar)

This route is from the furthest north to south of the peninsula of Qatar. It's total distance is approximately 200km. It is a road route. And covers the entire length of the country of Qatar that is possible to cover on foot and on road. Several runners have already run it in the past years.  You may run either direction.

The southern end point of this route is at the last roundabout in Abu Samra.  South from there you enter a controlled area near the border.  Some maps show the Qatar UAE Road running all the way to the southern tip of the country, but that road no longer exists as a crossing and that road is no longer maintained.
