This yo-yo trail travels from James Bay Junction Road South through to Rose Point Road along the old JR Booth Rail bed. This trail is a vital link to larger provincial and regional trail systems including the Park-to-park Trail.

This trek is no problem for most hikers. It is located in the Seguin township area and is an important link in the Park to Park system, as it joins Killbear to Algonquin Provincial Park and its many trails.
Wildlife viewing enthusiasts always have a chance at seeing deer, bear, or moose, and one of the ponds on the trail is actually home to an endangered species of minnow.

There is a nice parking lot right near the start on Glen Burney Road. If you chose to park here and start heading east, you’ll enjoy a gentle downhill on the way home. There are also some short, punchy climbs near the east end. You will also cross several bridges. Enjoy!
