The start is at the main cross-country skiing parking lot at Forêt Montmorency and the finish is at Rang Saint-Julien (at the entry gate). You will travel through the Seigneurie de la Côte-de-Beaupré, also known as the Terres du Séminaire, along this route.
The trail is generally clear, except for two sections:

At approximately 2.5 km, you must cross a river.

Around 9 km, there is a very old suspension bridge that must be used. Please use caution in this area.
The remainder of the route follows a long gravel road.
You must navigate through forest paths using a cellphone GPS to complete this route. There are no signs or markings, and at times the trail conditions are very poor.
