Description

UPNL, short for Ultra Pad Nederland (translated: Ultra Path Netherlands), is a 154,5 km route through national park the Hoge Veluwe and Utrechte Heuvelrug. The Hoge Veluwe is the largest national park in the middle of Holland. There seems to be a faster time set in 2018, (found on https://www.fkttracking.com/?p=130), however, the link to the report on the MudSweatTrails site no longer exists. As MudSweatTrails is a major site in the Dutch trailrunning community, it seems a reliable claim:

Op 1 mei start ik rond 5:45 met een FKT poging, te volgen op twitter @OliemanAlex. De route door de uiterwaarden bij Wageningen is sinds vorig jaar niet meer te lopen in het broedseizoen, daar is dus een kleine aanpassing in de route noodzakelijk (zie Strava van Irene Kinnegim).
