Description

Enjoy this 15.0-mile out-and-back trail near Omaha, Nebraska. This is a popular trail for cross-country skiing, hiking, and road biking, but you can still enjoy some solitude during quieter times of day. Running through the city you may see baseball and softball games, kids playing in the parks, and wildlife on the route. The trail is open year-round and is beautiful to visit anytime. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash.

Heads up, the route dead-ends on the north side close to a neighborhood without good parking. There is easy parking by Hobby Lobby and other stores on the south side. 

Very pleasant city path with only one street crossing. Otherwise, the path takes you under the roadways.Â
