My name is Mickey Scott and I will attempt an unsupported FKT of the Kissing Bridge Trail on the morning of March 24th, 2019. I will take the westerly route (established above) from Guelph to Millbank, which includes a detour through the Kissing Bridge itself. This will be my first ever FKT attempt of any kind, and hopefully not my last!
Hi everyone, my name is Alana Fletcher and I intend to set a women's FKT for the Kissing Bridge Trail this coming Sunday, July 14th. I will run from West to East and include the Kissing Bridge detour. Results to come!
I, Ryan Flint, being of (mostly) sound mind and body, do hereby declare that I will be attempting to run after the Unsupported Kissing Bridge Trail FKT, taking the westerly route from Guelph to Millbank, on Saturday May 2nd. It will be my first official FKT attempt and will have live satellite gps data to track my effort (link to follow once all the newfangled gizmos are properly set up)
We're about 1 week out, and as of now the trail remains open with no plans for closure. So, it looks like we're a go. Follow me on Saturday May 2nd at share.garmin.com/runraggedrhino
Planning on making an attempt, to lower the unsupported Kissing Bridge Trailway FKT, by 6 minutes, on May 24, 2020 (Guelph to Millbank).
