The route on the Cornish coast encircles the area known as West Penwith by following the south-west coast path and crossing between the coasts via St Michael’s way, itself a well known route and FKT.

This section of the south west coast path features some of the most rugged and spectacular terrain in Cornwall whilst also passing through some tourist hot spots such as St Ives and Penzance. The terrain varies between tracks, fields, beaches and boulders.

This is the Stoumont blue route of 14 km and 543 m accent/decent. There are currently (Nov 2021) 11 similar Routes listed in the ExtraTrail system, which are all referenced on fastestknowntime.com, including the 30 km Stoumont Black Route.

Goldpfad

Der Goldpfad führt von Almerswind bis Goldisthal. Dabei orientiert man sich die meiste Zeit an den Flüssen "Grümpen" und "Schwarza". Entlang dieser Flüsse wird seit Jahrhunderten Gold gewaschen. In Neumannsgrund führt der Weg vorbei an Stollen in denen im Mittelalter Gold abgebaut wurde. 

Charakter 

The San Francisco Round lets adventurers summit each of the 76 accessible peaks within the city limits of the San Francisco mainland, and most importantly, get to enjoy the beauty and diversity of the city from as many perspectives as possible within the course of a day. Runners must tag each of the peaks in the order listed but the route between each peak is up to them. The first San Francisco Round was completed on March 6, 2021, covering 65 miles with 10,200+ feet of elevation gain.
