Named after James Duncan for all his work in the area with the Lakehead Conservation Authority securing land and creating nature reserves. This route is a point to point from either the parking lot at Little Trout Bay Conservation Area to the parking lot at Memory Road (South Trailhead). Both parking lots have clear signs indicating the beginning/end of the trail. The trail itself is also very well marked and easy to follow. This FKT route includes the Spur Trail to the top of Mount Mollie (elevation 403 metres).  If doing the out & back you only have to do Mt Mollie once.

Byers Peak towers high above the Fraser Valley in Grand County Colorado.  The route starts from a locked gate and the first two miles are on a closed forest road before joining the Byers Peak trail.

This is a fantastic mountain for those who do not have mountain scrambling experience or who want a very runnable route.

This is a great point-to-point route along the I-90 Corridor that avoids many of the more crowded trails. The route is predominately on trail but does have some cross country travel between Melakwa Lake and Gem Lake.
