The Panorama Trail is the most impressive round trip on the Seiser Alm (Alpe di Siusi). It allows view to all the mountains around the Alm. It is even better than the Halfmarathon Trail.
Best starting point is the mountain station of the Alpe di Siusi Cable Car in Compaccio, you follow the trail no. 30 until the fork near the Hotel Steger-Dellai, where we take the asphalted road (no. 3) until you reach a fork, where trail no. 6 (later 6A) leads us up to Mt Piz.
Arrived at the mountain station of the cable car of Ortisei you enjoy the great view of Mt Seceda and the Odle Group in the north, Mt Sassolungo and Mt Sasso Piatto in the east, and Mt Sciliar with its large meadows in the south. You follow trail no. 9 down to Saltria at 1,680 m a.s.l., the lowest point of our round tour.
From Saltria, you follow trail no. 30 in the direction of Compaccio until we reach a fork, from where trail no. 6 leads us to "Panorama". At Giogo (mountain station of the Panorama lift on 2,009 you take trail no. 7, which finally leads us back to our starting point Compaccio.
