On Friday, October 9, 2020, I'm going to try to run the fastest known time for the Jordan River Pathway.  Because no one has submitted an fkt for this route yet, I feel pretty good about my odds.  I'm going to drive up in the morning and plan to start about 8:30am.  I'll track my route on my Garmin and on the Strava app.  My plan is to run the route counterclockwise.

Exciting Andy! Best of luck!! I'm happy to see another cool route in Michigan!

I'm going to postpone my fkt attempt on this route to Saturday.  I think the weather will be a little cooler.  I plan to start about 8:30am.

Succeeded and got this FKT on July 10th, 2022. Had my brother's memorial the day before so recalled lots of good memories backpacking along nice river trails like these. I am nearly done with my college running career at Michigan Tech so I figured I would start the transition to longer stuff with the FKT closest to home.
