The 18 km long mountain trail leads in the border area of Bavaria and Tyrol from the Willersalpe (1.456m) to the Prinz-Luitpold-Haus (1.846m). This route includes supplementary the ascent from the valley village Hinterstein (hiking parking lot "Auf der Höh") to the Willersalpe, where the "Jubiläumsweg" official starts. Futhermore this route leads downward from the official end of the "Jubiläumsweg" at the Prinz-Luitpold-Haus to the Giebelhaus in the valley. Form there there is a bus connection back to the starting point in Hinterstein. The TH-to-TH route is about 25km.

The entire trail is well marked with signs and markings.
