Multi-use trail that traverses the perimeter of Lake Louisa State Park in Central Florida. A mixture of single-track, forest roads, a couple actual road crossings, and lots of sugar sand. Great views of the state park though limited shade throughout. After you hit mile 10 there are a series of hills over the next 2 miles (decent incline considering it's Florida). There are some equestrian facilities in the park so there are frequent piles of horse you know what along the way, but the trails are generally wide enough to avoid. You also get to run by the camping lodges and two of the primitive campsites on offer in the park.
