Description

Having lived in London all my life, I’d look at the rail maps and wondered if it was possible to run whole lines in one go and so started my interest in exploring different parts of London whilst running’s the train lines.

This is a route that’s will take you from station to station from Epping all the way across London to West Ruislip. When I set out to create the route, I wanted it to be as true to the rail route as possible, which is why on two occasions it goes back along itself; the first being the Newbury Park Loop and again between North Acton and Ealing Broadway. I’ve tried to make the distance between stations as short as possible but a GPX file will be needed for the parts that are outside of Central London.

From Bank, the stations come thick and fast and is pretty much a straight line all the way to Shepherd’s Bush.
