Route: Rheinsteig - Etappen Siebengebirge (Germany)

The Rheinsteig is a hiking trail following a mainly elevated path along the east bank of the Rhine River in Germany. Its 320 kilometres (200 mi) route stretches from Bonn to Wiesbaden, running parallel to the Rheinhöhenweg Trail and Rheinburgenweg Trail.

It can be divided into 21 stages (for normal people) or 4 stages (for crazy people). The four stages are:

1. Siebengebirge
2. Unteres Mittelrheintal
3. Oberes Mittelrheintal and
4. Rheingau.

There is already an FKT for the entire Rheinsteig but none yet for the 4 individual stages. This FKT route refers to the first stage (Siebengebirge) which goes from Bonn to Linz (or the other way around). Vertical gain is almost the same no matter the direction.
