Route: Stour and Orwell Walk (United Kingdom)

The Stour and Orwell Walk is a long distance footpath which serves as an extension west from Felixstowe to the Suffolk Coast Path and follows the coast and heaths along the estuaries of the Orwell and the Stour, going around the Shotley peninsula to Cattawade, providing links with the Essex Way (at Manningtree, across the river) and the Stour Valley Path (East Anglia) (at Cattawade). Places visited on the route from the start at Felixstowe, Trimley Marshes, Sleighton Hill, Stratton Marina, Levington Creek, Orwell Country Park, Pipers Vale, Ipswich, Freston, Woolverstone, Chelmodiston, Shotley Gate, Erwarton Ness, Harkstead, Lower Holbrook, Stutton Ness and Seafield Bay before finishing at Cattawade.
