Following the River Welland Valley in a loop. The route starts at the historic Old Grammar School in Market Harborough and makes its way northeast across footpaths through fields and country roads to the impressive Harringworth Viaduct. It then loops back round and follows the valley on the southerly side. It takes in several quintessential English villages and passes nine churches. A peaceful and scenic route through rolling countryside which ends back at the Old Grammar School near to plenty of places selling coffee and cake.
