basically meaningless because I don't have the time written down anywhere, but i did this on 5/21/04 or '05 (birthday run, don't recall which of those 2 years)

in about 8.5 hours. i recall doing it one-way in about 4 hours a few times, and i was pleased that i did the out an back only slightly slower paced.

the PUD's (Pointless Up and Down's) are plentiful!
