On Saturday, August 28th, I'll be taking on the supported FKT for this section of the Bruce, starting in Grimsby at approximately 8am and travelling East to Niagara-on-the-lake and the Southern terminus of the Bruce.

I can be live tracked at https://share.garmin.com/runraggedrhino

It's gonna be super hard and probably super fun!

On Wednesday, November 17th, I'll be attempting the Unsupported FKT for this section of the Bruce. I'll be heading in the North to South direction and will be carrying everything with me. I will use a Sawyer Filter if extra water is required.  Weather looks wet, but temps should be great! Looking forward to some quality time on the Bruce!

Slight change of plans, I will be starting at the Southern Terminus, and heading north to the end of the section.

I think it's time about time to take this thing on again!
Saturday, June 25th, I'll be going after the supported FKT in the same fashion as last year, taking off from Grimsby and traveling East to the Southern terminus of the Bruce. Follow my progress at https://share.garmin.com/runraggedrhino
