The BRO trail loosely parallels Bull Run (the stream) in western Fairfax County, VA, running ~18 miles from Bull Run Regional Park to Fountainhead Regional Park. Maintained by the PATC. Anyone have FKTs for this?

I know the Virginia Happy Trails Running Club (VHTRC) holds their annual 50 miler on this trail, but seems like the purest FKT for this would be to time a single length from one terminus to the other (either direction).

I'm planning to take a crack at this tomorrow, July 5th. I'll look to go unsupported as an out and back for a total of ~36 miles

Peter Gudmundsen and I will have a go at the one-way FKT on Feb 12 at 7:30am. We will start at Bull Run Regional Park, finishing at Fountainhead.
