Route: Jubilee Greenway (United Kingdom)

A 60km urban trail around London created to mark the Queen's Diamond Jubilee, and the London 2012 Olympic games.

It is the most recent addition to the official Walk London routes (the others (https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/walking/top-walking-routes) are already listed on this site), with 1km for each year of the Queen's reign, and links all of the major Olympic games sites.
