WARNING to anyone who runs this: Paul, Mark, and I ALL missed the same turn.  It's at 11.5 miles if you're running counterclockwise.  I think it's right when you start seeing orange tape and begin that downhill (look at our GPS files for the exact location).  Everything else is well marked - just follow the plastic yellow markers on the trees.  At about 6.5 when you cross Ridgetop, they change to somewhat feint yellow dots on the trees instead of the much brighter plastic yellow arrows, but the paint markings only last for maybe a mile or so.

Bernheim is redirecting Millennium Trail at beginning of clockwise loop with new trail markers. It turns right off mown path, goes over the smaller wooden bridge that’s about a quarter mile in, instead of going out to larger boardwalk and near lake.
I ran the boardwalk edition today as it’s the fkt route, plus new reroute might cut ~half a mile off. Something to look out for!
The new marker they used for this are throughout the trail though so was nice to see an update. There were still a few times, mainly in creek beds, that I had to orient myself but overall better navigation experience. There were even trees off the trail!! Thank you natural areas workers there.Â
