Route: Oystermouth to Loughor Castle on the Gower Coast Path

Why would you not want to run the Gower Path?! From Castle to Castle! Taking in the stunning scenery of the coastline as you go; from wide golden beaches to dramatic cliffs. The path is waymarked as it is a national path in an AONB (area of outstanding natural beauty). This isn't an overly hilly path, but there are definitely some sections which get the lungs and legs burning. There are a number of facilities along the way to refuel and restock essential supplies, including toilets. There are also a number of places if being supported on this route where you can have a bike join you or numerous road crossings where you can have aid points set up with family and friends.
