*On the LDWA site it has it down as 50km but in reality it’s around 53km. Also it has the start/finish as being in Lower Woodford but with this being a loop you could start at any point providing you complete the full loop.

Orange County Mountain Traverse (CA)
Beautiful route through the Santa Ana Mountains in Southern California. Close to 50 miles of beautiful mountain scenery that includes technical single track, grueling fire roads, and plenty of steep climbs. Starts at the San Juan Loop Trailhead off Ortega Highway and finishes by going under the 91 freeway in Corona, California (or reverse).

Baptist Draw - is often touted as one of the best beginner friendly canyons in the San Rafael Swell. A short approach, coupled with great narrows, easy downclimbs, and straight forward rappels make this a winner. It doesn't hurt that it has some of the deepest, darkest narrows in the Swell.
