Description

McCrae Lake Trail is an out and back trail located near Wahta Mohawk Territory, Ontario. Officially designated as a Provincial Wilderness Area, McCrae Lake is exceptional in that it houses no commercial development at all; it remains unspoiled and in its natural state. The parking lot for the start of the trail is located just off of highway 400 taking the Crooked Bay Road exit. The trail is well marked with yellow blazes and rock cairns. The trail can be wet and muddy in areas, also the bugs can be bad during the summer. It is fairly rocky and technical.

Tobermory Five Trail Challenge (ON, Canada)

Description

The Tobermory Five Trail Challenge is an amazing route in probably the coolest spot in all of Ontario! The challenge takes place in Bruce Peninsula National Park. Take Cypress Lake Road off of Highway 6 to arrive at the start and end of the route, which is at the head of trails at the end of the road. The challenge is simple, circumnavigate 3 lakes(Marr Lake, Horse Lake and Cyprus Lake) using 5 trails(Horse Lake Trail, Georgian Bay Trail, Marr Lake Trail, Cyprus Lake Trail and the Bruce Trail.
