This routes as close as possible runs the whole boundary of the Wokingham borough. The route takes in parts of other well known footpaths visiting many of the local woodland areas and parks. Full route descriptions and maps can be found at https://www.lvra.org.uk/WokWay/index.html

Der Teufelsstieg führt von zwei Seiten auf den Brocken. Zum einen kann der höchste Berg des Harzes von Bad Harzburg aus erklommen werden, zum anderen bietet Elend als Startpunkt die Möglichkeit einer literarischen Annäherung an den Blocksberg auf den Spuren von Goethes Faust. Die Gesamtlänge erstreckt sich über 26 Kilometer. In der Mitte liegt der Brocken. 
Der Harzer Teufelsstieg wurde 2005 ins Leben gerufen. Damals war er 13 Kilometer lang und führte von Bad Harzburg auf den Brocken. 2014 wurde er um weitere 13 Kilometer nach Elend erweitert.

The Box Valley is one of the most scenic of the tributary streams that flow into the River Stour.

The circular trail is 14.5 km taking you from the village of Stoke by Nayland through the main village of Boxford. The trail is neither flat nor hilly - more rolling. Some of it can be overgrown and boggy depending on time of year.

The route is full of rolling countryside and a variety of wildlife.
