this is a great trail just East of Edmonton in Elk Island National Park where you can spot wild Wood Bison ranging in the open meadows or right on the trail, loop course that can be run clockwise or counter clockwise. very soft single track with loam/mud underfoot

Ischia is the largest island off the coast of Naples in Italy. It is also known as the Green Island for the largest stretches of vegetation. I can get pretty hot during summer and very humid. It features a steep ascent followed by a fast descent and has a few water fountains along the way. It is an amazing loop that will take you across all six municipalities of the island and some breathtaking views.
