"Katie NM" posted the route with a Strava link for the map. It is a 17-mile loop in the Sandia Mtn Wilderness Area.
Neither the fastest known time, nor the first known time, since I know others have done this loop. I'm typically one of the slowest out there! Thought I would get a thread going anyway.
Starting at the Embudito trailhead, take the 365 to the Pino to the S. Crest Trail where you can then pick up the Embudito to head back to the parking lot, clockwise. 17.2 miles and 4105'. I finished in 5:57:30 today.
Some of the ascents listed here also have car-to-car times.

Charleston Peak loop in the Mount Charleston Wilderness portion of the Spring Mountains just NW of Las Vegas. It is such an obvious and natural peak loop (within 45 min of a major destination) that a lot of trail runners have done the loop (and blogged about the beauty of the Spring Mountains on the edge of the Mojave Desert). The legendary likes of Dave Mackey, Rickey Gates, & Karl Meltzer have all at various times mentioned running the beautiful Charleston Peak loop.
Chip Collins posted the route:
Hells Canyon Rim to Rim to Rim, from Windy Saddle Campground (Idaho) down to the Snake River (swim across) climb up (on the Oregon side) to Hat Point, OR.
backpacker.com decribes this 18-mile route in the Sawtooth National Recreation Area. "You might think you're in Yosemite except of the lack of crowds."
Will Porter posted the route with some great details:
Fastest ascents to either the top of the iconic Y above BYU campus in Provo, Utah, or to the top of Y Mountain itself, using the established Y Mountain Trail - people need to be clear exactly which their time refers to. To the summit via the Y Mountain Trail has a Strava segment.
Learn more about the Y from BYU Magazine's article "An Ode to the Y."
The Flagstaff Loop Trail seems to be still in process, but there appears to be enough on the ground for people to begin reporting FKTs. ~45 miles
