Description

Start at the parking lot for Nyack Beach on the Hudson River. Head west onto Larchdale Ave following the white blazes. Climb to the summit of Hook Mountain. Follow the ridge north overlooking the Hudson River and you'll pass an old cemetary and the Knickerbocker Ice Factory. When you reach the white-blazed Treason trail, take a right and connect with the River Trail. Head south along the river back to the start.

Planning on taking this one on. This will be my first attempt to record a verifiable FKT. Aside from tracking with a Coros GPS watch and including the total elapsed time (not activity time) what else might be important for verification purposes? Thanks, C
