Nested in the Laurentians mountains in the Laurentides region in Québec, this park has numerous summits in its boundaries.

Runners will enjoy a mix of forest crossing boardwalks, short and long climbs, magnificent views and most likely see some wildlife.

This loop is great for trail runners who wants a good challenge, or  who are training for an ultra.

The names of the summits ranked by first ascent to the last respecting the direction of the course are: 

Start at Roman Road, Brecon (The Promenade Car Park) and head over to Gaer Roman Fort, Cradoc (Brecon) and follow the line of Sarn Helen southwest toward Neath. This hedged footpath runs alongside a streambed—very wet and muddy in winter, generally good in summer but overgrown late season—with limited views at either end before opening to farmland and low hills.

This route starts at the Mt Baiily trailhead near Diamond Lake. It starts off with a great warm up of gentle switch backs and a one mile flatish section before hitting the steeper part of the trail. The steep part can get loose, but it is beautiful and weaves in and out of a old forest that gives way to beautiful views of Thielsen and Diamond Lake. As you climb the ridge, the trail stays good and the wild flowers start to pop out. Once you are almost to the top, an amazing view through a hole in the rock gives you beautiful views.

El Balaïtous, o Balaitús, con 3144m es el tresmil más occidental del Pirineo. Se trata de una ruta técnica por lo que se recomienda cierta experiencia en este tipo de terrenos de alta montaña.

La ruta propuesta parte desde el puente sobre el Aguas Limpias al final del aparcamiento de La Sarra.
