This is a national recreational trail that stretches from Henderson down to Lake Mead and back up to Henderson through Boulder City. It’s a total of over 34 miles with almost 3,000 ft. Of elevation gain. It is all paved. 

The Pujada a Coll de Pal is the ascent to Coll de Pal, a high mountain pass located in the Pyrenees of Catalonia, connecting Bagà (in Berguedà) with the Pla de Moixeró, at an altitude of around 2,070 metres.

This route follows the entire life of the River Tawe, from the mouth at Swansea Bay to the first trickle in the high, exposed uplands below Llyn y Fan Fawr in Bannau Brycheiniog.
