The Irving Nature Park is a 600 acre site owned, gifted and maintained by J.D. Irving, Limited’s commitment to help protect an environmentally significant area.

This special part of the Fundy coastline is a place where everyone can come and experience the various ecosystems of the Southern New Brunswick coastline. It is open year round to help encourage visitors to experience nature with geological treasures and many other stunning features.

The Okanagan Mountain Loop is one of the most rugged and remote long-distance routes in the central Okanagan. This circuit links the major interior trails of Okanagan Mountain Provincial Park, forming a demanding loop that showcases the park's ridges, canyons, historic trails, and alpine lake.

The route begins and ends at the Okanagan Mountain Provincial Park Trailhead Parking. From the trailhead, runners follow Boulder Trail until reaching the junction at CN Trail. From the junction, runners can complete the route in either direction. 

Little White Mountain (2,171 m) is one of the Okanagan's most prominent summits, rising above Kelowna and forming the high point of the Myra-Bellevue Provincial Park. This route begins at Crawford/Myra-Bellevue main parking lot, the most accessible and widely recognized trailhead for the mountain. From here, runners follow the Crawford Trail network southward (any trails) to the Kettle Valley Trail (KVR).

Following the River Welland Valley in a loop. The route starts at the historic Old Grammar School in Market Harborough and makes its way northeast across footpaths through fields and country roads to the impressive Harringworth Viaduct. It then loops back round and follows the valley on the southerly side. It takes in several quintessential English villages and passes nine churches. A peaceful and scenic route through rolling countryside which ends back at the Old Grammar School near to plenty of places selling coffee and cake.

The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region comprises of 3 regions: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. Kowloon is located directly north of Hong Kong Island across Victoria Harbour. It is bordered by a mountain range, including Tate's Cairn and Lion Rock to the north, and Victoria Harbour to the south. The total land area is about 67 square kilometres (26 sq mi).

The Round Kowloon Route is 71.09 km long and New Territories Route is 344.41 km long.
