Description

The Northern Recreational Rail Trail, also known as the Northern Rail Trail, is a 58-mile multi-use rail trail in western New Hampshire, USA, running from Lebanon to Boscawen. It uses the right-of-way of the Boston and Maine Railroad's former Northern Line, which was acquired by the State of New Hampshire in 1996.

Blackett's Ridge (AZ)

Description

This is one of the most popular climbs in the Tucson area with over 3000 attempts. The first mile from the parking lot is flat/rolling, but once you turn off onto the trail, the climb begins! The trail heads straight up a prominent ridge in Sabino Canyon with great views of the Sabino Canyon trails and road below, as well as the city of Tucson. The trail offers incredible views and is in one of the most beautiful natural areas of Tucson. 

Natursteig Sieg (Germany)

Description

Natursteig Sieg is a long-distance hiking trail opened in April 2011, which runs in North Rhine-Westphalia and Rhineland-Palatinate over a length of 196.4 km through the Rhein-Sieg district and the district of Altenkirchen. It starts in the Siegburg district of Wolsdorf and connects cities and towns on the Sieg (for the time being) to the Mudersbach train station.

The Schladminger-Tauern Höhenweg trail is a stage along Central Alpine Trail 02, which traverses the entire Alpine region.

Due to its unique geological features, the wealth of plant and animals species, and the special character of the surrounding mountain world, this particular section of the Central Alpine Trail through the Schladminger-Tauern is one of the most beautiful hiking tours to be found anywhere in the Alps.
