This wonderful high way called AVG "high way of the gulf" starts from the small village of Bocca di Magra and arrives in Portovenere.

Our gulf is called the "gulf of poets" because in the last century some famous poets of the time decided to spend a lot of time in these wonderful places and I really think they were right!

The trail has no technical parts but you still have to be careful not to push too hard because they are always 50 km away.

You can run it all year round because the weather is always nice and there are many water points along the way.

The Wealdway is a long distance footpath in south-east England which makes its way through three Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and which connects the Thames Estuary with the English Channel through the Weald of Kent and Sussex. The Weald Way crosses chalk downlands, passes through river valleys and woodland (including Ashdown Forest) and across farmland. It links the North Downs Way at Trottiscliffe with the South Downs Way near to Eastbourne. It starts at Gravesend pier and ends at Eastbourne pier. Coast to coast or Pier to Pier.

A South to North traverse of Wales taking in its mountainous spine including many of its highest peaks and most remote areas.

Described as the "Mountain Connoisseur's Walk", this route through upland Wales involves nearly 70,000ft of ascent and requires much stamina to complete. It is a tough, high-level route which should not be underestimated. Navigational skills are of paramount importance.
