The Pembrokeshire Coast Path National Trail twists and turns its way through 186 miles of the most breathtaking coastal scenery in Britain.

From St Dogmaels in the north to Amroth in the south, the trail covers almost every kind of maritime landscape from rugged cliff tops and sheltered coves to wide-open beaches and winding estuaries.

Starting and finishing from the Dam at Hetch Hetchy. This loop is normally a 3-day backpacking loop of 25 miles. Going up to the Beehive Meadows to Lake Vernon. Over a ridge to TillTil Valley and down to Rancheria Falls. From Rancheria Falls follow the trail along the reservoir back to the dam. Time was started after crossing the dam and entering a tunnel and stopped when finished through the tunnel to get back onto the dam.
