A classic up and down of Pico Posets (3,371m, second highest peak of the Pyrenees) from Eriste near Benasque, Spain.

Traverse through the main massifs of Gredos whose highest peak (Almanzor) stands at 2596 meters or 8517 feet. The route starts from Tornavacas mountain pass and climbs up to la Covacha (2389 meters). After this the route continues along the ridge summiting el Cancho (2271 meters) until you finally arrive to the Almanzor massif (the steepest and most magnificent area of the whole sierra). From here there's only the small hike up to barrerones and finally a walk down until La Plataforma (end of the traverse).

The Bay Circuit Trail is a 230-mile permanent recreation trail and greenway extending through 37 towns in Eastern Massachusetts, linking parks and open spaces in fifty-seven Boston area communities. At the south end by Kingston you can choose either of the two options between the Southern terminus at Bay Farm and Tubbs Meadow Monroe Street Trail head (north leg or south leg).
