Mt Pilchuck
The sentinel of Everett, Mt Pilchuck is the closest peak to the suburban area and is a popular hiking destination in the summer months. It even has a lookout on the summit with great views of the surrounding mountains and the Puget Sound.
Route starts at the trailhead -- ascent ends at/in the lookout, roundtrip goes up to the lookout and back down to the trailhead.
current FKTs are as follows:

Charleston Peak to Wilson Peak - Red Rock
Connecting the two highest and most proud peaks in Southern Nevada. Mount Charleston to Mount Wilson is an epic route mostly on trail/road with a bit of bushwhacking to make connections. I started at North Loop Trailhead in Mount Charleston, tagged Charleston Peak (11,990'), then Griffith (11,064'), then dropped down the East side towards Harris Mountain. Picked up the Griffith Peak Trail for a bit until it ran out just past the Griffith Peak Trailhead on Harris Mountain. Continued South a bit then dropped down a ridge to Lovell Canyon wash.
