Route derived from All Trails (https://www.alltrails.com/explore/trail/us/georgia/jarrard-gap-trail). The GPX route submitted is slightly longer than AT as it begins just off the park road, specifically at the big rock on the approach. Distance and elevation submitted are from my Garmin watch. The loop is moderately difficult, has no steep inclines, but a lot of up/down elevation changes providing both cardio challenge and recovery. The trails are all well maintained and mostly single track.

This route is made up of two sections of the Baltic Coastal Trail, covering the main part of the Lithuanian coast. This itinerary can also be completed in reverse, allowing hikers/runners to start at Ventė Cape in the south and head north towards the Latvian border, making the route highly flexible depending on your preferences.
