A traverse on iconic and commonly untrodden trails and resorts of upper Big Cottonwood Canyon in the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest, Utah. Begin by climbing up Mill D North Fork to Desolation Lake and top out on the Wasatch Crest trail. Continue to Guardsman pass and stay on the ridge dividing Salt Lake and Summit counties. Pass over Mt. Venture and proceed to the high point of the route, Clayton Peak. Descend onto Brighton Ridge Run down toward Lake Mary before making the final major climb near Twin Peaks Reservoir.
